What consequences can an organisation expect, and what are the minimum consequences that they will face, should they fail to adhere to the terms and conditions attached to Welsh Government funding?

If an organisation is failing to adhere to the terms and conditions attached to the funding, Welsh Government has a range of options which include the right to withdraw funding, require repayment of all or part of the funding and suspend or cease further payments. Each situation would be dealt with on a case by case basis taking all the circumstances into account.
