What discussions has the Minister had with the Welsh Local Government Association in relation to the provision of information for local authorities discharging their responsibilities as trustees of charities, especially where they are the sole trustee?

I have not had any discussions with the Welsh Local Government Association about this specific issue.
The Charity Commission for England and Wales publishes a range of guidance, including for local authorities which are sole corporate trustees for charities in England and Wales. I would expect local authorities to comply with this guidance and seek further assistance from the Charity Commission where appropriate.
