Further to the response to WQ87155, has the Minister responded to the letter from Welsh sheep farmers yet and, if so, will the reply be published?

Dog attacks on livestock is an issue I take seriously. I have responded to the letter sent by the Association of Responsible Dog Owners, received in February. There is no intention to publish the response.
