How many local housing authorities and associations meet the Welsh housing quality standard?

The latest Welsh Housing Quality Standard ( WHQS) statistics were published in November 2022 Welsh Housing Quality Standard: as at 31 March 2022 | GOV.WALES
The statistics show that for the first time, all local housing authorities and associations have met the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. 100% of all social dwellings were WHQS compliant (including acceptable fails) with 78% of dwellings being fully compliant with no acceptable fails.
