What discussions has the Minister had with Princes Food following the news that 260 jobs are potentially under threat at their Cardiff factory, only a few months after Welsh Government contributed £3 million in investment at the site?

Officials are working closely with Princes Food and have been assured that the future of the site is not in doubt. The company has told us it is adjusting staffing levels to match volume and to focus on new business growth, with a view to enabling further employment.
The support from Welsh Government enabled Princes to safeguard 124 jobs on site and create 100 new jobs. Despite the potential loss of some positions, which is subject to consultation, the company will be operating with more than the 224 projected jobs required as a condition of Welsh Government investment.
