What is the funding cap for leaseholders who have paid for fire safety work to take place on orphaned buildings?

Unlike elsewhere, there is no funding sought from leaseholders and therefore no cap. However, any reimbursement made to leaseholders who have paid for fire safety works will be based on eligibility and criteria being met.
