The Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW) funds digital degree apprenticeships which the NHS utilises where these qualifications have applications for its staff.[1] We are working with the health boards and trusts, Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) and other interested parties to understand the wider benefits of degree apprenticeships across healthcare professions.
