Mae'r cwestiwn a'r ateb yn Saesneg gan nad oes fersiwn Gymraeg ar gael.
What plans does the Welsh Government have to grant local authorities the power to issue fines when a landowner is in breach of planning control and refuses to submit a regularising planning application?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Minister for Climate Change
Enforcement warning notices were introduced where development could be made acceptable if it were subject to conditions. Where a retrospective application is not submitted as required by a notice then we expect local planning authorities to pursue further enforcement action.
Fixed penalty notices were considered through research preparing for the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 but were not taken forward because of their limited effectiveness.
