Further to WQ88717, will the Minister state how the Welsh Government is looking to increase dialogue between Great British Nuclear and Cwmni Egino?

Cwmni Egino is already in regular dialogue with Great British Nuclear and a number of exploratory discussions have already taken place.
I met with Andrew Bowie, Minister for Nuclear and Networks on 12 July to seek a cross government partnership approach that in future enables and supports collaborative working between Cwmni Egino and GBN. This would provide Cwmni Egino with clarity as soon as possible on how it can assist GBN in delivering new nuclear in Wales.
The outcome of that meeting is that GBN and Cwmni Egino will conduct a workshop later this month to explore practical ways of co-operative working from which I and Minister Bowie expect a paper by October outlining proposals on the way forward.
