What action will the Welsh Government take to ensure that developers apply for and make use of the £20m building safety remediation loan scheme?

The loan scheme has been put in place to ensure there are no barriers to the swift remediation of buildings affected by fire safety issues.
The loan is made available to the developers who have signed the developers’ contract. We are in contact with all participant developers, and all are aware of the loan.
Further action to promote the loan is not necessary.
