Will the Minister provide an update on the progress of the Common Land Stakeholder Group and when the Minister expects the group to conclude its work?

The members of the Common Land Working Group have been helpful to the development of the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS) and helped identify several risks and potential mitigations in relation to common land.
We intend to recall the group as we prepare for the consultation at the end of the year, and to continue discussions as we prepare for launch of the scheme in 2025. As discussions will be ongoing, we do not anticipate a fixed end point.
