Ateb
Atebwyd gan Minister for Social Justice and Chief Whip
We know lived experiences often reflect inequalities in the experience of work and its outcomes, such as the under-representation of ethnic minority people in senior roles and lower rates of pay and progression. We use the levers we have, including our social partnership approach to encourage employers to reap the benefits of a more equal, diverse, and inclusive workforce. We are committed to achieving our National Milestone of eliminating the pay gap for gender, disability, and ethnicity by 2050.
Goals and actions to achieve equality of outcome for employment are contained within the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan, available here https://www.gov.wales/anti-racist-wales-action-plan.
