Atebwyd gan Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing
The All Wales Diabetes Prevention Programme, which is a commitment in the Healthy Weight Healthy Wales Delivery Plan 2022-24, is fully funded for duration of the current Delivery Plan. The Welsh Government recognises the impact that Type 2 Diabetes has on individuals and remains concerned about the projections that show ever increasing numbers of people in Wales living with the disease and its consequences. Our funding priorities for the 24/25 financial years and beyond will be laid out through the usual budgetary processes.
