What discussions has Welsh Government had with manufacturers and retailers of in-vehicle navigation devices to update their software to accommodate the new speed limits in Wales?

We have been in contact with Google and TomTom regarding the new default speed limit in Wales. The datasets for all the current exceptions to the 20mph default speed limit are available for all Satellite Navigation companies to download.
This data allows navigation companies to update the road network data held on their systems. The initial version of the data was released on the 14th September after getting final updates from the Local Authorities.
