Why has the Welsh Government’s appointed surveyor not yet inspected the buildings in Victoria Wharf, Cardiff Bay, causing further delays to remedial work?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Minister for Climate Change
Despite continued correspondence and meetings with FirstPort by Welsh Government officials, our surveyors, and myself, FirstPort are yet to agree access to Victoria Wharf to undertake the surveys. Welsh Government officials, as a matter of urgency, continue to engage with the Managing Agent and the freeholder to finalise the licence and a date for our surveyors to undertake the intrusive inspections.
