What discussions has the Minister had with the Welsh National Opera about the cut to its funding from the Arts Council of Wales?

Welsh Government funding for the arts is channelled through the Arts Council of Wales (ACW), which operates at arm’s length from government. All individual funding decisions are made by ACW and the Welsh Government does not intervene in these decisions.
