Is the Minister aware of the average distance a patient in each Welsh health board needs to travel to access their local GP surgery?

Welsh Government does not hold address-level information that shows which patients are registered with each GP practice in Wales.
However, average travel times to a GP practice, both by public and private transport, is available from the last Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation. This information is available by lower layer super output area across Wales and is found here.
