What is the Welsh Government doing to encourage teachers in Wales not to retire early?

Teachers' pensions have not been devolved and therefore remain the responsibility of the Department for Education. The Teachers' Pension Scheme has provision for early retirement and decisions about access to these provisions are a matter for the teacher, the employers, and the pension scheme.
