Deaths of people rough sleeping are tragic but rare. It is important anecdotal reports are verified with the relevant authority.
The Office for National Statistics publishes data on deaths of homeless people in England and Wales. The most recent publication was in November 2022.
The Welsh Government’s no-one left out approach continues to be in place to ensure no-one is forced to sleep rough in Wales.
