Funding that goes directly to schools has been prioritised in our proposed budget for 2024-25. The amalgamation of pre-16 local authority education grants from 1 April provides the same level of funding for curriculum reform for 2024-25 as set out in my curriculum Annual Report in July 2023.
Estyn reports, alongside our evaluation and monitoring arrangements, continue to provide information on the progress schools are making, including on their support needs.
