What discussions has the Minister had with the Minister for Education and Welsh Language regarding the impact of school holiday reform on the tourism sector, given that 45 per cent of the sector's annual income is generated in the current summer holidays?

I remain in regular contact with the Minister for Education and Welsh Language on this and other issues and the matter has been discussed on a cross-government basis as part of the policy development process. Our officials are also working very closely together.
It is important that all views are considered as part of the Consultation on the School Year which will run until 12 February 2024.
