This has hindered the growth of the sector and high-calibre investment opportunities have been lost.
To address this need, officials, over the last 18 months, have worked with businesses to understand their requirements, undertaken a thorough search of the commercial property market and employed technical building experts to confirm Centre 7’s suitability to accommodate businesses in the semiconductor sector.
