Further to WQ93866, what legal action is available to leaseholders for material breaches of the Welsh Government’s contract by developers?

As was stated in WQ93866, should officials suspect a material breach has occurred, the Welsh Government will instigate the appropriate legal action. This will not fall to leaseholders.
