What steps is the Welsh Government taking to tackle invasive non-native plant, insect and animal species?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs
We are working with our partners including the GB Non-Native Species Secretariat and Inspectorate and with Natural Resources Wales to tackle these species. Our effort is focussed on prevention including developing biosecurity measures, raising awareness and contingency planning for newly arrived invasive species.
