Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on what support is available for animators in Wales?

Creative Wales offers a range of funding programmes to benefit the animation sector. These include production funding, under which we recently supported a new 26 five-minute episode series of Mini Buds / Egin Bach, by Cardiff based animation company Bumpybox. This type of support provides direct employment for animators in Wales.
The Animation sector is also supported through our Creative Skills Fund. Details of projects supported under that fund will be publicised shortly.
