What discussions has the Cabinet Secretary had with the UK Government on the single-person council tax discount?

Council tax policy is devolved to the Welsh Government. The Local Government Finance (Wales) Act 2024 maintains the one liable adult discount (more commonly referred to as the single person discount). There are no plans to remove or reduce the discount.
