How many times has the Cabinet Secretary met with stakeholders ahead of the publication of the Draft Budget 2025-26?

As part of the preparations for the 2025-26 Draft Budget, a series of meetings has been arranged with stakeholders to understand the priorities and pressures they are facing. I am meeting the Welsh Commissioners, Third Sector representatives and the Local Government Finance Sub-Group. Officials are also meeting with those stakeholders as well as social partners and representatives from the police. These meetings will take place before the end of October and are a regular pattern of engagement.
The First Minister discussed the Draft Budget 2025-26 with the Social Partnership Council in September.
In addition, all Cabinet Secretaries and Ministers will continue to engage with stakeholders within their own portfolios on the Draft Budget 2025-26.
