What progress has the Welsh Government made towards implementing the ambitions set out under their Quality Statement for Palliative and End of Life Care?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care
I have today (18 October) published a written statement setting out progress to improve access to palliative and end-of-life care.
There are no plans to develop a palliative and end-of-life care implementation plan. The national programme role’s is to work closely with the NHS and its partners to deliver the actions required to support the implementation of the quality statement, including the development of any pathways or service specifications.
