All train operating companies operating in Wales provide a Passenger Assist service that passengers can book in advance of travel. In addition, all Transport for Wales platform and onboard staff receive role specific training to assist passengers with accessibility needs whether Passenger Assist has been booked or not. Transport for Wales also have dedicated Travel Companions based at key stations across the network in Wales, offering support to passengers requiring travel assistance.
