How is the Welsh Government contributing to the improvement of mental health provision for people with high weight eating disorders?

Atebwyd gan Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing
We expect all health boards to provide specialist, multi-disciplinary support for people with eating disorders in line with NICE guidance.
The government continues to work with all stakeholders, including NHS Wales, third sector organisations, and service users, to ensure that mental health provision is responsive, effective, and inclusive. Whilst we continue to invest in these important services excellent work is happening with the education sector and other sectors to promote healthy eating and body-image and we will be looking for further opportunities to strengthen this through the development of our Mental Health Strategy.
