Will the Government provide an update on Parc Bryn Cegin, Bangor following the designation of an amber confidence rating in the gateway 2 review project?

Officials are actively progressing the subject project with colleagues at Ambition North Wales and a Pre-Application Consultation report on the development has been submitted to Cyngor Gwynedd’s planning department.
Elsewhere at Parc Bryn Cegin, a builders’ merchant facility is currently under construction by a private sector developer, which we understand will be open before Christmas. We are also in discussions with a number of interested parties in respect of the remaining development land at Parc Bryn Cegin. Those discussions are, however, commercially confidential at this stage.
