Atebwyd gan Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Trefnydd and Chief Whip
We have established a National Milestone to eliminate the pay gap for gender, disability, and ethnicity by 2050. Progress towards this goal is reported annually in the Wellbeing of Wales Report. Our work in social partnership with employers and trade unions is crucial for closing the ethnicity pay gap. This effort complements our skills and employability interventions and supports our broader approach to creating an anti-racist Wales, as outlined in the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan.
