What pressure is the Welsh Government putting on developers to remedy non fire-safety defects in developments such as Celestia?

I recently met with Developers to impress upon them the urgency in progressing works as soon as possible. I also reiterated the need for all parties to work together to progress remediation of in-built fire safety issues.
I will meet with the Developers again in 6 months time to scrutinise progress made. These meetings are in addition to the quarterly meetings my officials have with Developers in line with the contract obligations.
