Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm when the Commission for Welsh-speaking Communities' report on town and country planning will be published?

The Commission for Welsh-speaking Communities is independent from the Welsh Government. The completion of the report and its publication is in the hands of the Commission. I understand from the Commission that they aim to publish the report shortly.
