Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Welsh Language
The Pensions Schemes Bill is a reserved matter for the UK Government, and it will be for them to undertake the appropriate impact assessments of their legislation on all parts of the UK.
We will work closely with the UK Government as they develop their legislation to understand the impact it may have on areas of devolved responsibility, including public services.
