St David’s Hall is not owned or managed by the Welsh Government. Cardiff Council have entered into a commercial arrangement with a third-party company with regard to the remodelling and longer-term use of the site as a performing arts venue and it would be for Cardiff Council to provide an update on the work being carried out.
