Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm if it is acceptable for a local planning authority to not update their strategic flood consequences assessment due to them waiting for the revised TAN15 guidance to be published?

The production of a Strategic Flood Consequences Assessment (SFCA) does not depend on the publication of TAN 15. The SFCA should use all available information to describe the level of flood risk in an area. The outputs of the SCFA can inform the Flood Map for Wales which itself underpins the TAN.
