Has the Welsh Government agreed a financial payment scheme to the National Archive in relation to its undertaking of the role of King's Printer for Wales if the current legislation bill is passed?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Counsel General and Minister for Delivery
The Legislation (Procedure, Publication and Repeals) (Wales) Bill proposes conferring functions on the King’s Printer of Acts of Parliament, who is to be known as the King’s Printer for Wales for that purpose. As this formalises a process that is already in place, no financial payment scheme has been required or agreed in relation to those arrangements in the Bill, as introduced.
