The Legislative Options Working Group (LOWG) is undertaking a detailed review of CEDAW’s articles to consider possible legislative and non-legislative approaches to incorporation under devolved powers. A final report giving clear recommendations on how Welsh Government should approach incorporation is expected by December 2025.
