What work is the Welsh Government undertaking in collaboration with the Association of British Ports to bolster infrastructure for accommodating cruise ships?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
Our Cruise Wales officials work very closely with ABP Ports of Cardiff and Swansea. This working relationship is bolstered by the fact that Richard Butler, responsible for ABP South Wales and ABP South West UK ports is now the Chair of Cruise Wales.
ABP are very supportive of cruise in Wales. We are not aware of any infrastructure development plans in place to bolster future cruise calls.
