How much of the approved £20 million has been loaned to developers through the developer loan scheme?

To date we have received no applications from developers for the Developer Loan Scheme.
The scheme was established to ensure remediation works were not delayed because of cash-flow challenges. I am pleased that such challenges have not materialised and that developers have been able to proceed with works without needing to access the scheme.
