Will the Cabinet Secretary outline the Welsh Government's plans to change the 3 meter requirement for heat pump installation?

The Welsh Government Response to the ‘Changes to Permitted Development Rights’ Consultation (which included a proposal to remove the three-metre rule for heat pump installation) will be published before the end of the year.
If the response requires any secondary legislative changes, these would be laid before the end of the Senedd term.
