When will the Welsh Government provide the Welsh Cladiators with working templates of the work contracts to assist with negotiations with developers and to speed up the negotiations?

Officials are working with UK Government counterparts to develop a works contract template. To ensure it is robust and fit for purpose, a dedicated working group with developer, managing agent and freeholder representatives has been established. Once finalised the template will be available on the Welsh Government website.
