How many houses in Wales are awaiting remedial work as a result of Consumer Energy Solutions going into administration?

From our engagement with the company, we understand that there are 103 homes in Wales where Consumer Energy Solutions did not complete the full process. In 53 cases, the work is complete but needs registering to enable the warranty to be in place and honoured by City Energy Network. The remaining 50 are mid-install and need completing.
We are in contact with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and Ofgem to ensure households impacted by the ECO closure receive quality retrofit projects, including those whose initial installers are no longer trading.
