Will the Counsel General publish any legal advice she has presented to the Welsh Government with regards to the implications for Wales of the Learning Resources, Inc. V. Trump case?

The Supreme Court of the United States has handed down judgment in the Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump. The ruling in that case, that certain tariffs imposed by the US Administration under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act 1977 are unlawful, relates to US constitutional law. The Welsh Government will be working with the UK Government to determine what the ruling will mean for the UK and Wales, in particular, any effect it will have on trade between the UK and the USA.
