What additional resources is the Cabinet Minister planning to make available for the a) arts and culture and b) sport sectors?

Funded programmes across Government will be reviewed in as part of the budgetary planning process by the current Welsh Government.
This is a new Government with a clear mandate and ambitious priorities for the people of Wales. We came into office with a detailed programme for government and we are committed to delivering it.
As part of the budgetary process, we are now carefully reviewing both the level of funding required and how it can be targeted most effectively, to ensure every pound delivers the greatest possible benefit for the people of Wales.
These are early days for this Government, and we are working at pace. We will set out our approach to funding our priorities in due course, and we are committed to doing so in a transparent and responsible way.
