When was the resilience study into the M4, A55 and A494 commissioned by the Welsh Government?

The A55, A494 and A483 Transport Needs and Resilience Review was commissioned in December 2025, and we intend to commission the M4 Resilience Study during the summer/autumn of 2026.
The above full corridor studies are separate from the focussed activity currently underway on the Menai Crossing and the M4 around Newport.
