Cwestiwn
Mae'r cwestiwn a'r ateb yn Saesneg gan nad oes fersiwn Gymraeg ar gael.
What is the Government’s assessment of whether the All Wales Cardiology and Radiology Consumables Framework for 2027 has been designed in line with value-based procurement principles, and in particular whether the evaluation criteria used in the tender process give sufficient weighting to whole-life system value instead of upfront product cost?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Minister for Health and Care (Mabon ap Gwynfor)
The All-Wales Cardiology and Radiology Consumables Framework is being procured by the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of health boards in Wales. If the Framework is over £1 million, it will be submitted to the Welsh Government for approval if it is a LHB contract. At this time, I am unable to comment further as this is an ongoing NHS procurement process and I cannot prejudice its outcome or any subsequent Welsh Government decision making process.
