How will the Cabinet Minister ensure that the Welsh seabird conservation strategy is effectively delivered and monitored?

I will be engaging with my officials to discuss potential approaches to delivering the Welsh Seabird Conservation Strategy effectively.
The Strategy includes interim review points, enabling recommendations and supporting evidence to be reassessed in light of progress and emerging data. In addition, the Strategy's timeframe allows for the completion of regular statutory marine seabird assessments, including the State of Natural Resources Report (SoNaRR) and reporting under the UK Marine Strategy on the achievement of Good Environmental Status (GES).
