What action is the Welsh Government planning to take in relation to broadcasting and media in the next twelve months?

As set out in my priorities statement in the Senedd, I am committed to strengthening the media and broadcasting framework for Wales and building the case for the devolution of powers over broadcasting and communications.
As a first step, I will be publishing my plans to establish a Shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority for Wales within the first 100 days of this government.
